Biography

I am a Broker-Associate agent at Coldwell Banker Lewis & Associates, Osage Beach. I have the advantage of focusing exclusively on Real Estate clients, buyers and sellers alike since 1999. I know the lake market well and understand the broad aspects of its uniqueness. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration majoring in Management.  I possess a CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist) designation working with many Luxury clients and friends.

History at the lake: I have spent all of my career in startup business ventures. From opening our first restaurant in 1994 to building a real estate portfolio in property management to date. I have spent twenty-nine years hiring individuals and training them to fit the business model and goals of our companies. (Sold 2 of the 3 restaurants and 2 of our commercial properties). A side note, one of our businesses has two employees who’ve been with us for over twenty-five years. Which is quite the accomplishment here at the Lake.

At Coldwell Banker Lewis & Associates, they have a department that specializes in long-term rentals and vacation properties. I assisted many seasons, which provided me with the working knowledge of specific lake area market rental industry. I enjoy strategizing with property owners in determining the best option for generating income on their rental property.

I have deep roots in our Lake of the Ozarks community. My expertise is in assisting all clients whether it is looking for a full-time residence, a vacation spot to call their own, a rental property or a commercial property to start their business dream, I have the experience to assist.
